For the past few months (at least), we have been inundated with unsolicited emails and "Contact Us" responses coming from Russia.  It is overwhelming and makes it difficult for us to respond and answer legitimate emails from our customers and potential customers.

I apologize for the lack of communication at our end, but I am sure we deal with the issue and resume business as usual.
